I was excited to see your opening for a customer service rep.
My background includes serving as a sales associate within retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the store Forever 21, where my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors and providing back-up cashiering during busy periods.
Previously, I worked with a private School, Fruto de la Vid San Juan for a teacher from 1st to 3rd grade carrier. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints, also the kids learned, math, english, spanish, cience, and word building.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time employment as a sales associate in Agaci.
